Our Promise

InParlour Ltd has handpicked each artist and therapist on the team to ensure a very high standard of technical ability is met. Our main aim is to send you extremely skilled, creative personalities direct to your door. All the team are individually insured and hold appropriate trade certification.

Tools of the Trade

All our artists/therapists use a wide range of good quality products and new up to date product lines, ensuring we achieve the best results for our clients.

Data Protection & Privacy

The data you submit, and our records of your visits to the site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. InParlour ltd will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK and will not disclose your personal data to anyone.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the arranged appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Any cancellation within 5 hours of the arranged appointment time will incur 100% of the appointment fee.

Please note that if you wish to make changes to your booking we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

We take payments using all major debit/credit cards over the phone to our booking line: 020 7736 7713, alternatively by BACS. It is our policy that all payments for ‘Parlour at Home’ and bridal Bookings, are paid prior to your appointment. A copy of your receipt will be sent in the post.

Therapists do not accept cash/cheques after the appointment.

Prices

All prices are based on therapist’s travelling within the central London area (Zones 1-2). Travel fees may apply outside these Zones or on weekends. If you are booking within the congestion zone and the therapist must drive to the appointment with heavy kit - this may be charged to your bill.

Payments

We accept all major debit & credit cards. All clients wishing to pay with AMEX will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee on top of their treatment cost.

Punctuality

We state to all our artists and therapists that punctuality is crucial. If they are running late, you will be notified. Likewise please let us know if you yourself are running late.

Medical Conditions

If you are taking any form of medication, pregnant, post-op or have any contra indications which could affect your treatment, please make us aware upon booking, plus if you have any known allergies to certain cosmetics.

Booking Notice

In order to book a suitable time with your preferred therapist, we advise booking in advance, especially if it’s an evening appointment.

Users under 16

If you are under 16 years of age or wish to book on behalf of anyone under this age a treatment at home, we require that a parent or guardian or bill payer is present at this booking. This policy is designed to protect and safeguard the safety and privacy of children and minors.

Linked Websites

We may contain links to and from other Websites operated and maintained by separate companies. We have no responsibility for linked Websites (including the Websites of participants in our associate program) and provide these links solely for the convenience and information of our visitors. The privacy policies of these Websites may differ from our policy, so you should always review the privacy statement of each linked Website you visit.
